Kylee's Kindergarten Graduation!

Kylee had her kindergarten graduation on Wednesday, which is weird because their last day is Friday. She had such a serious look on her face during the whole program!!!! Kylee always has a huge smile on her face so it was hard not to see her happy!!!!
Is she serious or what??????
All the students had different objects attached to their hats. Some had letters, numbers, days of the week and so on and so on. Kylee had her class picture. The students would come up one by one and say, "Before I started kindergarten I didn't know........ now I do........"! So Kylee didn't know her friends names and now she does and named a few of them. It was cute!
Toward the end of the program she smiled a little!

Mike of course brought his baby girl or princess or daddy's girl flowers for her special day. That made her smile:

This is Kylee's teacher!

We are very proud of how many things Kylee learned this year! Now she is going to the big playground to move up to the first grade--she is a little nervous and is already praying about it every night. So we have a month to break her in. What will I do with two kids in school FULL DAY and one gone out of state??????
Oh yeah, I have Jacob to keep me PLENTY BUSY:/

Father's Day!!

Mike is the breakfast chef in this house, so to try to come up with something new is hard for me. I made him the traditional eggs, bacon, and english muffin, then tried something new-potato cakes! He loved them--Yipee!!!

Mike is a hard worker. He is a supportive and loving husband and father. He tries to make all school functions and events. He coaches the kids sports teams when they play baseball or soccer. He is a GREAT fix it man!

We went to my parents house for dinner! We had prime rib, fried shrimp, fried zucchini and squash from the garden, fruit salad and corn on the cob!

Some people in the family like to say, I am a daddy's girl--well I am. I love my dad so much. He is the most caring, giving and generous man. He has always been so supportive of me and all my decisions. He has always been there for me to talk to or cry on his shoulder, and make me laugh when I needed it. He is amazing!!! I still like to go sit on his lap and hug him!I LOVE YOU, DAD!!!

Tyler's Recital!

Tyler has been doing hip-hop for 3 years now and tap for almost 2. He loves it--and I have to say he is awesome at it.
Here is most of Tyler's cheering section waiting for the show to start! Tyler had family, friends, neighbors and even one of his teachers came to watch him perform!

Here is grammy, Mrs. Stephenson (his 2nd grade teacher),and his Aunt Katie.

Then the big group: aunts, uncles, grandparents, great-grandma, cousins and friends.

Tyler's good friends from church and school plus a few others already mentioned:

We all went to Round Table pizza after for a GOOD JOB, WELL DONE dinner!!!
Mike was there but didn't make it in any of the pictures:( That's my fault, I guess!!

Grandma Jo and Aunt Tracy!

Last week Mike's mom and sister drove down from Seattle, Washington to visit for the week and to see Austin's graduation.

The first day we had to have her car towed because it was acting up (just how you want to start your vacation:(

They were able to see Mike play softball:

Tyler perform in his school Opera and Tracy playing while we waited for Kylee to get out of class:

Visit with family-Grandma June and GG Mnrovia

Kylee and Jacob doing their thing and Mike and Jacob doing there thing!

Austin's Graduation and Mike and his sweet little sisters:

We had a great visit, I was a little out of it all week and I apologized for that. The kids always like to have family come and visit and especially stay at the house.
Grandma Jo and Aunt Tracy,
We love you!

Austin the Graduate!

This is Austin at his preschool graduation in 1996.

Little did he or I know that two months later that same year I would become part of his life.

Now here we are 13 years later in 2009, dad is still able to help him get ready for his Graduation.

We went to Chili's before his graduation. Here is Austin and his grandparents (minus Grandma June and Grandpa Carl).

Austin's support group in the stands waiting for him to come out!

He was so excited and his smile said it all!!!!!!

This is Austin's Sergeant who was their supporting Austin and four other recruits he had graduating.
Grandpa Adrian, Grandma Jo and Aunt Tracy

Aunt Toots and Uncle Allan, Cousin Brenna and Anthony

Aunt Tammy and cousin James
These two special people are Austin's youth leaders at church. Kevin and Melanie have been there through ALL the FUN years in high school we had with Austin. They have always supported him and were always there when Austin needed a listening ear. Austin was given a pin to hand out to the person most inspirational in his life and he gave it to Kevin--"Thank you for all your support, love and understanding for our son".

Of course Erica, an amazing friend and girlfriend who kept Austin on the right track (always made sure his homework would get done).

And Steven, these two started kindergarten together and now graduating together. It has been fun watching these two grow up and still remain good friends.

Now for the proud parents!!!!
It has been a crazy journey-- high school--but we made it through several arguments, being hated, yelled at, "you don't know anything about life or being in love", the bad grades, "you just don't understand", the silent treatment--with faith and a whole lot of prayer we made it.

Austin has become such a handsome and strong young man . We are so proud of him! Even though it was a little scary for a while, he pulled it off! We can't wait to see what the future has in store for him and what he will do with it!
WE LOVE YOU!

OUR GRADUATE,
Austin Michael Peyton
