Let the Egg Hunt begin!

I had my fingers crossed that Austin and Erica may show up at my parents, so I could get a family picture. They had a crazy few days and I know they need their time together.

We have 4 birthdays within 6 days of each other. However, one of the birthday girls were missing, WE LOVE YOU CARYN!!!!! So we sang and enjoyed cake and ice cream!

Easter Eggstavaganza!

We were at the school at 6 am to start setting up for hundreds of people to arrive at 10=)

Sammi was sweet enough to come over and keep an eye on these two so they didn't have to be there so early!

We had a great time. I may retire one year from crafts to walk around with Jacob next year=)

SURPRISE--Austin and Erica in Cali!

So we got home late last night getting things ready for the Eater Eggstravaganza on Saturday. Mike got home at 10 and Kylee and I got home at 10:15 pm. We turned the corner and I said, "Who the heck is at our house this late". Didn't recognize the car so Kylee and I are like, "who in the world is it". So we open the door wondering who is at our house. We see Adriana, Austins mom standing there with a camera, and I was thinking this is "WEIRD". Then I look in the kitchen and their is Austin with a HUGE grin and Erica giggling. Kylee ran to Erica and I got to hug Austin. So wonderful to see them (safe).

Austin showed us pictures and videos of what has been happening in Afghanistan (not for all eyes to see or words to hear).

They have a CrAzY weekend ahead of them!! We are happy to have had a few hours!! and may luck out and see them one more time on Saturday, possible Sunday night for a short time.

6 1/2 Months of Deployment-Austin is Ready for a 2 Week Vacation!

Austin was very sick and had to stick it out but finally they told him he needed to go in to help control the vomiting and the thin dirties=).....he felt they knocked him out for 2 days he sleep so hard...which was only a good few hours. He is back up and ready to to his thing.

We pray for a safe journey home!! Austin and Erica enjoy your time together!! It may be short but make the best of it! We miss you guys soooooo much and can't wait for you guys to be out here the end of the year!!
