Christmas Tree Decorated!!!

Caryn this one is for you! Here is our spread,

the deviled eggs are new this year!

Just a little smaller compared to yours,

but everyone ate it up!

Steven helped us this year, it is always fun to have him over!

Possibly being Austin's last year living

Advent Calendars!!!!

So this is one of our Advent Calendars. It plays O Christmas Tree. It is one way for us to remember our Grandpa Herbie. He would sing this song in German on Christmas Eve every year. So having the kids off track from school we have done a couple of crafts. This is our Kiss-mas Advent Calendar they do every morning.
These are Hershey Kisses individual wrapped and tied

with a bow for each day.

Ok, so I am not an artist!!!! This is our Santa Advent Calendar. This way all the kids get to do one! Austin leaves early for school that he usually doesn't do one, but the one in his room from his girlfriend!

Lights are Up!!!

Mike always has the joy of the kids helping!!

Jacob really wanted to go on the roof, but we wait

until they are a ready and are definitely good listeners

The kids are off track---so they are a little more

crazy then normal
(the sad thing is I think this is normal in my house)

This was the first year Kylee went on the

roof (this was the 2nd attempt, the first

time attempt she freaked out at the

top of the ladder and wanted down:(

She was so proud of herself!!

Ok, so they are ALL such wonderful listeners,

they all made it on the roof this year!!!!!
Jacob wasn't ready to come down, he knows dad is in the garage

so he makes an attempt to get back up on the roof!!!

How in the world can we say "no" to that face, those eyes. Our neighbor put Jacob up on the ladder and this is what Mike had to look at while he finished the last strand!!

That's JACOB!!!

Mike and I were talking in our room and knew Jacob was in the our bathroom, and thought wow he is quiet. He usually climbs up to get into the sink and plays with the water---but not today!!!!! He thought he would put on some mascarca----Mike was thrilled----NOT!!!!

A few days later he got to my eye liner!!

Mike was thrilled once again!!

I din't realize how closey Jacob watches me in the morning!!!

I guess he is a momma's boy!!!!!

Our Thanksgiving, at the Bishops!

We usually have a large group of cousins, but this year is was only these four!!!

My dad surprised Tyler and Kylee with their only Cornish Game Hens.
Tyler was so excited, "This is the best Thanksgiving ever".

Kylee wasn't quite sure what to do with hers. She just took bites out of it. If you look at the leg of the chicken on the right you will see a bite mark out.

Jacob got into the water of course outside, so he has no shirt. He really enjoyed the Sparkling Grape Cider grammy got.

We always have to have some type of entertainment of a family gathering!

I hope the rest of the family had an awesome day!! It was very relaxing and quiet. Thank you mom and dad for having it at your house. You two do some much for our family it is amazing!!!! I love you!!

Happy Birthday Amanda!

So after going to breakfast with my sister Amanda. I told her I was taking Lilly with me. She put up a fight and said no (amanda did, not Lilly). I said get her car seat and put her in it I am taking her. Lilly wasn't to excited when Amanda was buckling her in, then Amanda started crying. She always has her baby Lilly by her side. So it was hard for Amanda to think of doing things without her baby today (I am sure tht didn't last long). I shut the door and off we went.

As you can see Lilly had a great time playing. Didn't cry once. She played on the swing set, the sprinklers, ate a bread roll, played with the Little People farm animals, ate some noodles, and had another bread roll. She did awesome. I think Amanda only called 4-5 times:)

Amanda this is to show you, that she can be with out momma for a little while and still have fun.

This was the best!!!! I put on a Disneyland Sing-Along and WOW did Lilly break it down!!!! Then she got comfy and sat right infront of the TV---I mean right infront! I took a video and it was great of Lil dancing, but for some reason it won't download. Sorry you have to miss out on that!

Amanda hope you had great day by yourself!!! I know it was probably hard to relax at the beginning. But you know it was nice to run in and out of stores without unloading and loading your little Lil. I loved having her. We will do it again soon.
